The accessibility requirements are derived from Sections 3(1) through (4) and 4 of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) 2.0, which was enacted on the basis of Section 12d of the Act on the Equality of Persons with Disabilities (BGG).

The accessibility of the website www.proflytec.de was tested in a BITV self-test by an external service provider based on BITV 2.0 and the Bavarian Digital Ordinance (BayDiV), taking into account the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
